This card can be used in any of our retail outlets and applied against items purchased.
There is no cash eqilivant - i.e. you can't present the card in exchange for cash
This card can be used as part payment for items that total more than the card value
The card can only be used once

Instore Gift Card Terms and Conditions
 
Redemption
Instore gift cards can be redeemed at any Earthly Creations retail outlet.
They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
A maximum of five (5) gift cards can be redeemed in any one transaction.
If any item(s) purchased with a gift card is lower in value than the card value, any difference will be refunded to the person presenting the card either via cash or within 48 hours and via bank or PayPal transfer.
If you do not spend the entire balance on the gift card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction. 
 
Period of validity
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.
 
Gift Cards should be treated as cash; Earthly Creations will not accept liability for the lost of the card details.  However, we do hold records of all purchases so we will be able to vaildate your card purchase if you do loose the details.
 
Cancellation
Cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
 
Changes to the Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Earthly Creations reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. 
This does not affect your statutory rights.
