Shipping and Postage
"I buy from their live events and it's so enjoyable, Rocky, Bee and Mama G are amazing. The crystals and all the other brilliant items are top class. I would 100% recommend Earthly Creations."

Postage Costs and Delivery Expectations (UK deliveries)
Postal Charges
-
For parcels between 1g and 2KG (which covers most parcels we send), we charge a flat rate of £4.89 per parcel.
-
For parcels over 2KG and up to 15 kg (which includes most open basket invoices), we charge a flat rate of £8.89 per parcel unless otherwise advised at the time of invoicing or order placement (for high cost items and or very heavy items).
-
If we need to ship you multiple boxes to cover your claimed items, we will charge postage to cover each box based on the prices listed above.
-
If you have an open basket with us, then we will add the £8.89 charge as standard, as we know that typically an open basket invoice will contain many items and be over the 2KG weight.
-
We ship parcels using Royal Mail using the Tracked 24-hour signed for service.
-
For larger items and or more expensive single items, or where the total invoice value is over £200, we will look to use Royal Mail Special Delivery Service and or Parcel Force, which attracts different costs and insurance levels as detailed below:
-
See below for costs for large, heavy and or high-cost items/parcels.
Tracking Of Your Parcel
-
When your parcel is packed and the postal label created, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link (assuming we have your email address).
-
Note that we might pack items but not put them into the postal system until the following day.
-
Once the postal service has scanned your parcel, you will receive another email from the postal service advising of a delivery date, together with a separate tracking link.
-
If, for any reason, you do not receive these emails, please contact us for help.
General Note On Delivery Timescales
-
We are now using the Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour service, which means you should receive your items the day after they are posted, but please note that this is not a 100% guarantee and sometimes parcels, even when shipped using the 24-hour service, take an extra day or 2 depending on Royal Mail workloads.
-
If your parcel has not arrived with you within 3-4 days of posting (not invoice date), please contact us.
Packing Days
-
We pack and ship items every day, with our Royal Mail collection time being around 13:00. Therefore, as soon as you have paid, your items will be moved into the packing area ready for packing and shipping. However, please note that if your payment is made after 12:00, then it may be that your parcel leaves the following day due to the time it takes to process, pack and label the parcels.
-
However, overall, we aim to get your parcels sent out within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is made.
Very Large / Heavy or High Cost Items (over £150 for a single item)
-
We will discuss shipping costs with you at the time of raising the invoice, as this will depend on the order value and shipping requirements, but for example, a single item value over £150 and up to £750 will be charged at £17.50 to cover full protection and insurance.
-
For items over 30 kg, we will look to deliver this in person, but we will advise of this at order/invoice placement time, and the charge will be to cover fuel costs/time.
Need a Faster Delivery
-
If you need something very quickly, please advise when you place your order, and we can look to use the fastest delivery possible and advise of any cost difference.
Overseas Deliveries
-
Due to extra costs both to you and us, and the extra requirements when shipping outside the UK, we have decided not to supply our products to any countries outside the UK.
-
If we do receive an order from outside the UK, we will contact you to discuss.
General Notes and Eco Statement
-
Please note that we do not make a profit on postage and packing and are always just trying to cover costs and make this part of your payment as cost-effective as possible.
-
Wherever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials.
-
We have limited the use of plastic bubble wrap and instead use paper-based products, which are more widely recyclable.
-
We also reuse packaging materials from our suppliers, which include boxes and filler materials.
-
Sometimes we will use filler "chips", these are white and look like polystyrene, but they are in fact made of maize and can be recycled and dissolved in water.
